Service Scope

VPNJH provides a network acceleration subscription service for cross-border access and connections to international websites. Available routes, client access points and subscription details in your account are as shown on the service pages and in the user panel at the time of use. Supported platforms include Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Installation steps and system permission settings may differ by platform.

The subscription provides network connectivity; it does not replace an account, membership or usage license required by a destination website. Third-party websites set their own regional rules, sign-in requirements, content catalogs and access policies. A working route does not guarantee that any particular third-party feature will always be available. Account holders should confirm the applicable requirements of a destination service before use.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required to register; create an account with a username and password. Account holders are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for activity initiated through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed or unusual activity is detected, change the password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel.

The service supports an unlimited number of devices online at the same time, so account holders can use the same subscription across their own devices. This does not permit reselling, renting, publicly distributing or sharing an account, subscription details or route access with others. Do not use automated distribution or similar methods to make a subscription available beyond the account holder's normal use.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire. Check the Plans page and user panel for available tiers and the amount currently due before completing payment.

Acceptable Use

Account holders must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they live and use the service, as well as the terms of the websites they access. You must not use the service for illegal activity, to infringe others' rights, to distribute malicious software, or to disrupt another person's systems, accounts or networks. Do not probe, attack or misuse VPNJH routes or service infrastructure without authorization.

VPNJH may investigate credible abuse reports or clearly unusual activity and take restrictions proportionate to the risk. Investigations and actions are intended to maintain normal service operation and do not alter an account holder's responsibility for their own conduct.

Availability and Liability

Route performance may be affected by local network conditions, device settings, changes to third-party services, scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages. VPNJH maintains routes and client access points as circumstances require, but does not guarantee that every route will perform identically in every region or at all times, or that any third-party website will always allow access.

If you have connection issues, try switching to an available route and checking your client settings, then submit a support ticket through the user panel with details of the problem. For network outages, third-party platform restrictions or device failures outside the service's reasonable control, VPNJH's liability will be determined by the circumstances and applicable law. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

Restrictions, Suspension and Termination

If an account is used to resell or publicly share a subscription, for illegal activity, or to repeatedly disrupt route operation, VPNJH may restrict access, suspend service or terminate the account, depending on the nature of the issue. Except when risks require prompt action, the service will make reasonable efforts to explain the reason through the user panel and give the account holder a way to provide information.

A subscription's expiration, exhaustion of its data, or an account holder's decision to stop using the service does not automatically change payments already made. For refund request rules, see the separate Refund Policy.

Changes to These Terms

VPNJH may revise these terms in response to changes in the service, operating arrangements or applicable rules. The revised version will be published on this page with its last-updated month. Changes that affect important account holder rights will also be noted in the user panel. We recommend reviewing the current version before continuing a subscription.

Payments and use that took place before a change will be handled under the rules applicable at the time and the relevant laws. If you have questions about these terms or how an account was handled, submit a support ticket through the user panel.
