VPNJH / PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains what data may be generated when you use the VPNJH website, account and cross-border network acceleration subscription service, how it is used, and how to request its deletion.

Account Details and Orders

A VPNJH account requires only a username and password; no email address is needed. The username identifies the account, and the password verifies sign-in. Users should keep their login credentials secure. When you create a subscription, change a plan or request a refund, the service also needs to retain relevant order records, plan status, payment results and summarized data usage. This information is used to provide subscriptions, reconcile accounts and handle service requests. It is not used to infer which websites a user has visited.

If you submit a support ticket through the account panel, its text and handling history will be used to respond to your request. Please provide only the information needed to resolve the issue, and avoid including unrelated personal details.

Connections and Logs

VPNJH follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit or retain connection logs that could reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Establishing a connection requires processing necessary network requests. Account plan status and summarized data usage are used to check subscription validity, display remaining usage and complete billing. This account usage information is distinct from website visit records and does not include a list of browsing destinations.

Website analytics help us understand whether pages are displayed correctly, which help content could be improved and how to diagnose website issues. Website page analytics are not browsing records from international routes; we do not turn them into a list of websites visited while a user is using those routes.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and account panel may use cookies or browser local storage to maintain sign-in status, remember language preferences and support necessary site analytics. Browsers typically allow you to view, clear or restrict this data. Clearing sign-in data may require you to sign in again. Restricting necessary storage may also affect the normal operation of the account panel.

To distinguish these types of data, consider their purposes: sign-in data helps identify the current session, language preferences display the selected interface, and site analytics help us understand how website pages are used. They are not used to create records of browsing destinations on international routes.

Payments

VPNJH accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or payment network. Any payment information you provide to them is subject to their own privacy policies. VPNJH receives the payment result and associated records needed to complete an order, confirm a subscription, respond to order inquiries and process refund requests. We do not ask users to provide payment information unrelated to subscription delivery on this site.

Payment records are linked to account orders, so some transaction information may need to be retained after a subscription ends for account reconciliation, dispute handling or applicable legal obligations.

Retention, Deletion and Policy Updates

Account and order information is retained only as needed to provide the service, handle disputes and meet applicable obligations. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or de-identified. Retention requirements vary according to the purpose of each type of information and applicable requirements, so this policy does not assign one retention period to all data.

Users can submit a support ticket through the account panel to request access to, correction of or deletion of account information. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a request. Deletion may be limited for open orders, refund processing or records that must be retained by law; we will explain any such limits in our response.

When this policy changes, VPNJH will update the “Last updated” date on this page and publish the revised content here. We will notify users in an appropriate place of significant changes to how data is used. We recommend reviewing the version in effect before continuing to use the service.
